Participants will have the opportunity to explore various musical and artistic practices, including accessible approaches to instruments and digital technologies like microphones and iPads. These tools may be used to create sound recordings, animations, podcasts, and digital paintings. The program will offer a dynamic and supportive environment for artistic experimentation and growth.

A core goal of the Out Hear is to increase access to the arts and celebrate the diverse talents of participants. By encouraging innovation and collaboration, the program provides a platform for creating, exhibiting, and sharing original works, ensuring that the voices of artists with disabilities are heard and valued within the broader arts community.
