The program is supported by Arts Merri-bek and Merri-bek City Band and is produced and facilitated by Dale Gorfinkel who brings passion and experience as a community engaged artist and facilitator.

Participants will be guided through a few creative modes of sound making and get an opportunity to figure out where their interests might be. This includes:
1) quiet, meditative, field recording, experimental, improvisation, field recording, ASMR
2) energetic/dance/beat-making/improvised songs/percussion
3) interviews/podcast/vocals/story-telling

Participants will be encouraged to discover accessible and creative approaches to various instruments as well as develop new skills in studio techniques, audio production and collective improvisation. It will also be an opportunity to connect and make new friendships and collaborations with other artists in the community.
